  3. Commencement of Work:
    • Upon receipt of full payment, our team will initiate the onboarding and policy enforcement process. This includes fine-tuning reports, training staff on your product line, and taking necessary actions to ensure compliance with your policies.
  4. Refunds:
    • In the event of cancellation, services provided up to the date of cancellation will be prorated, and any remaining funds for unfulfilled services will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
