MAP pricing does not necessarily apply to the final selling price at checkout. While MAP policies set a minimum price that retailers can advertise a product for, they do not dictate the actual selling price at checkout. Retailers have the flexibility to offer discounts, promotions, or negotiate prices with customers, which may result in a final selling price that is lower than the MAP. However, it is important to note that retailers must still comply with the MAP policy during the advertising stage and cannot advertise the product below the specified minimum price.
Besides monitoring and MAP policy enforcement we also develop a healthy relationship with your compliant sellers.
