Atlantic Naturals Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Atlantic Naturals is committed to providing high-quality sea moss products and maintaining the
integrity of our brand in the marketplace. To protect the value of our products, support our
network of resellers, and ensure fair competition, we have adopted this Minimum Advertised
Price (MAP) Policy.

This MAP Policy is a unilateral policy adopted by Atlantic Naturals. It is not a contract or
agreement between Atlantic Naturals and any reseller, and Atlantic Naturals does not seek, nor
will it accept, any agreement or assurance of compliance from any reseller regarding this policy.
All resellers are free to set their own actual retail prices; however, Atlantic Naturals may, in its
sole discretion, choose to cease doing business with any reseller that advertises its products
below the minimum advertised price.

The current MAP pricing list is available upon request and may be updated at Atlantic Naturals’
discretion. Advertising any Atlantic Naturals product below its listed MAP price is a violation of
this policy. “Advertising” includes but is not limited to:

1. Online listings (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, social media platforms, or any other
publicly-accessible website);
2. Website banners, pop-ups, or search ads;
3. Print advertising, such as catalogs, flyers, newsletters, direct mail pieces/coupons;
4. Email campaigns;
5. Text/SMS marketing
6. “Click for price,” “See price in cart,” “Add to cart to see price,” or any similar method that
implies a lower price than MAP

Atlantic Naturals reserves the right to amend or update this MAP Policy at any time. This policy
is non-negotiable, and Atlantic Naturals will not consider requests for exceptions or
modifications. Each reseller is responsible for complying with the current version of the policy.

Atlantic Naturals product advertisements are monitored by MAP Services Corp [see
https://www.mapservicescorp.com]. MAP Services Corp is directly involved with the actions
taken towards dealers and distributors which are in violation of Atlantic Naturals’s MAP program.
Atlantic Naturals reserves the right to take all unilateral actions it deems appropriate to
maintaining desired distribution channels and protecting the value of our brand. This may
include (with or without prior notice), suspension of IP use rights, requiring take down of all
advertising violations, and being placed on a “Do Not Sell List”. For more information on this
