MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Price) for Klein Automotive Accessories
Effective Date: August 1st, 2023

1. Purpose

The purpose of this MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Price) is to establish guidelines for the advertising
and sale of Klein Automotive Accessories products. This policy aims to promote fair competition among
resellers, protect brand integrity, and maintain the value of Klein Automotive Accessories’ products in
the market.

2. Scope

This MAP Policy applies to all authorized resellers, distributors, and retailers (“Resellers”) of Klein
Automotive Accessories products. Any Reseller that chooses to advertise or sell Klein Automotive
Accessories products must comply with this policy.

3. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

3.1. The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for each Klein Automotive Accessories product will be
provided by Klein Automotive Accessories and communicated to Resellers separately.

3.2. Resellers are prohibited from advertising any Klein Automotive Accessories products below the MAP
set by Klein Automotive Accessories.

3.3. The MAP applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to, print media, online
advertising, television, radio, social media, and any other public promotional material.

3.4. The MAP does not dictate the actual selling price of the product. Resellers are free to set their own
prices, provided they do not advertise below the MAP.

4. Advertising Guidelines

4.1. Resellers must prominently display the actual selling price of Klein Automotive Accessories products
when advertising.

4.2. The use of phrases such as “call for price,” “email for price,” or “add to cart for price” is strictly
prohibited.

4.3. Resellers may use phrases like “sale” or “discounted price” in their advertising as long as the
advertised price is not below the MAP.

4.4. Bundling or promotional offers that result in an effective selling price below the MAP are also
prohibited.

5. Online Marketplaces and Auctions

5.1. Resellers are prohibited from listing or selling Klein Automotive Accessories products on any online
marketplace or auction platform that does not allow the enforcement of MAP policies.

5.2. If a Reseller chooses to list products on an online marketplace or auction platform that permits MAP
enforcement, the Reseller must ensure compliance with this MAP Policy.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

6.1. Klein Automotive Accessories reserves the right to monitor Resellers’ compliance with this MAP
Policy through various means, including but not limited to, direct observations, price comparisons, and
third-party reports.

6.2. Any violation of this MAP Policy will result in appropriate consequences, which may include but are
not limited to warnings, temporary suspension of supply, termination of the Reseller’s agreement, and
legal action if deemed necessary.

7. Policy Changes

Klein Automotive Accessories reserves the right to modify or terminate this MAP Policy at any time
without prior notice. Resellers are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy to ensure compliance.

By advertising or selling Klein Automotive Accessories products, Resellers acknowledge that they have
read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this MAP Policy.
